Shipping Info
Shipping and Handling
For regular items, it will take approximately 48 hours for shipment from our warehouse. For custom / solid gold pieces, allow up to 5 business days for shipment. We use this period for order verification, tailoring, quality checking and packaging. You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
UK and US Orders
Some items are available for Next Day UK Delivery but this is dependent on stock levels but can be confirmed by contacting us on Instagram @theiceclub or via the Contact Us Form.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 weeks but on rare occasions can take 2-3 weeks for delivery due to products being made to order and high demand during holiday seasons. Custom Orders can take up-to 5 weeks depending of customisation.
UK packages are delivered via Royal Mail and US packages are delivered via USPS. You can use your tracking codes directly on their websites.
An Express Delivery option is available, please contact us on Instagram @theiceclub or by using the contact us form for more information.
In order to minimise fraudulent orders, we will only dispatch orders to the delivery address as stated on your order and will not be held accountable for incorrect delivery addresses. Furthermore, all orders are dispatched via fully tracked shipping methods.
European / Worldwide Orders
We advise 2-3 weeks for delivery. Deliveries can take longer, this is due to high numbers of international orders during holiday seasons. Our aim is to have your items with you in 2 weeks.
